What type of clothing?
Choose whatever you feel comfortable in and that looks smart.
I would suggest a shirt and a dress or skirt for women and girls, and for men and boys, a shirt with jeans or trousers.
For workouts, I usually wear Gymshark https://uk.gymshark.com.
